Many stories have been told about ghosts being spotted over past battlegrounds. One famous story is the ghost world war two bomber of Great Britain. Many years ago, a bomber pilot and his crew were sought out  to participate in a bombing run over Berlin, Germany. Their main mission was to create enough damage so allied troops would be able to seize the city without any trouble. On this flight, many planes were shot down due to flak from the ground. Others were destroyed from the enemy‘s machine gun fury. Only the top three bomber planes had made it through.
